I personally wouldnt work with a discount broker on the list side as there is a decent amount of money that goes into presenting a good listing.

I'd also buy/sell it in person before the IRS started cracking down.I only had one person pay in BTC.

Nothing against Royse City, its a matter of strategy, but personally I er on the side of better schools.
