While we have a moderate amount of tourism, I don't think we are even at the top of the list for tourism in the state. 

I'm curious where you can find tourism data and trends on specific areas to help better identify winning neighborhoods for STRs.

Embrace the problem like a long lost lover, sit-it-out telling all your awaiting the arrival of some market of "perfection" to invite you back in.

Orlando is heavily tourism driven...it's got the hotel rooms and convention traffic like Vegas without the gambling and neon.

I prefer markets that depend on tourism for the local economy.

Some will tell you not to do it and will battle you in every step of the way but others will embrace it and guide you through the process and educate you on the risk and mitigate such risk as much as possible. 

If the location is in a region with increasing tourism or business travel, the potential for profitability may be higher. 

South Haven's economy is largely based on tourism.  

Our local economy is fueled by tourism, so we've always had a large base of working-class folks who rent. 

Between colleges and tourism it's an amazing place to invest.
