Has anyone heard of LGS Secures Financing LLC?

I see that the deeds were recorded into Scott’s Company but the deed of trust that was supposed to be recorded at the same time in favor of my company to secure my interest in the property was never recorded.

For all of my properties, when I acquire them, I open two bank accounts: One for the traditional rent/maintenance, capex, etc. and one for security deposits.

- Security deposit transferred over with interest?         

I use to collect a security deposit but decided it was more hassle than it was worth.

Lenders offer many flexible solutions to help investors secure a mortgage. 

The end that just won’t end: they asked for several extensions as they were not able to secure housing they liked enough… i allowed the extensions.
