I agree with this- I wil add that sometimes what is important is external from the deal. ie, "I need enough money to get a storage unit and a plane ticket to fly out to my grandchildren".

I'm curious as to how are you financing or planing on financing your deals.

I will not be able to come as my other Job planed their office party for the same night I wish I could get out of it but I can’t.

I've also been looking into aircraft hangers as I am getting my pilot's license and may eventually purchase my own plane although no hanger has cash flowed for me yet.  

If you're thinking of investing long distance, it will behoove you to get on a plane and have a look at the area in person.I've invested in some real war zones myself and it is not easy.

Tenants are abusing the system just like airline passengers are doing with taking pets on planes. 

This is true with the use of a PM but even more true if self managing.If you were planing on selling any time soon, the 2 of 5 years has to be considered and my recommendation would be to sell now.
