I can only imagine his skill, ethics, and philosophy runs in the family.

I understand the philosophy behind it, a unified defense.

I have a simple philosophy.

I've had extended vacancies....but at the same time, have very little issues with my tenants.My philosophy is to do the leg work up front, instead on the back end when you're dealing with an eviction.Get more creative with your ad, where you post it, and potentially offer an incentive.

Through it all, I've always been persistent, and I've never lost the belief that entrepreneurship is the only way to live my life with passion and the potential for freedom for my family… a philosophy I've seen over and over again here at BP, which I think is great.

I think the 3-4 people in my accountability group were actually reasonably similar in overall philosophy.

Every one here can see that even if that IS their ethical philosophy, how many of them have still ended up closing first, then only waiting until the NEXT day to flip!? 

As well, I would like to mention that my philosophy approaching this new career is one of honesty, doing the best job I can, and just plain old showing up to do what I need to do!!

I imagine it’s especially interesting to see how they proposed building the homes they designed and to get a firsthand look at their philosophies and perspectives when first introducing them to the world.I had to laugh at your comment about the Cape Cod homes around you.
