I was curious how other people are using social media to market their properties.

Somehow this almost never gets discussed in mainstream media, yet it's the single greatest argument for why we're not in a bubble.

My values are integrity, accountability, and being obsessed.

Just an update...I've since found out that delayed financing is performed using the current value of the home.Which means, all the various forum results I've viewed, as well as other media, which were all saying that delayed financing is based on the purchase price of the property plus the closing costs, were technically correct...

I think a more effective way of advertising would be to just put it out into the universe (social media, go to meet ups, telling your friends, etc.)

Make sure they have integrity (do what they say they will do) and can communicate well.

For a traditional STR you might want a place with a cool spray painted wall to take pictures of and post to social media. 

Yet, social media (and BP) are full of statements like "but my buddy did lose 50 lbs by following..."
