I am undecided on whether to buy another property in west New York and continue to do airbnb or buy one in PA just for rent cash flow .

Has anyone on this forum actually purchased any of their products and continued to work with them?  

Honestly, I've been getting screwed with some big ticket issues (related to HOAs, selling different properties, continual unforeseen maintenance and costs) and this one really crushed me once I realized it was an actual issue.

We also are considering continuing to contribute to the stock portfolios and open a line of credit when it makes sense.

2) Should I look into multi family or continue the single family route?

Our town just did a revaluation and got close to 100% but the market constantly changes and prices continue to trend upwards meaning the 100% valuation is likely already not accurate.

As I look ahead to the next 5 to 10 years, I’m at a crossroads and could really use some advice from this knowledgeable community.I have two potential paths I’m considering:1.Continue Focusing on Short-Term Rentals (STR):•My plan is to shift towards mid- to high-end vacation rentals with unique characteristics.

I'd say I hope for my best, but I will continue to learn and make sure I make it the best.

Depending on location you may or may not want to continue with the plan to rent it separately.
