I have been getting a lot of questions from owners about letters being sent out by the municipalities here in Milwaukee to tenants informing them about potential lead service lines leading from the street into the house.

The information you provided is very helpful. 

Finally, you post that your market is super hot for buyers, but then you don't mention what market you are referring to. 

I've seen several posts around this topic from a year back and beyond. 

(happening today)-City informs me that i don't have any easement rights because nothing was ever recorded.
