Of course we now have new overly ambitious 5 year goals, but the amount of knowledge here opened my mind and broadened my horizons. 

It allows you to scale much faster in the medium to long term.The second, or true turnkey folks, can be good options for those that aren't too concerned about building a portfolio quickly and have a longer horizon for wanting to retirement.It's really a personal question whether or not turnkey is right for you.

There may be some events that may occur that may loosen this up over the next 6-12 months, but a solution to the inventory shortage is no where on the horizon.100% incorrect in my market.

We absolutely love it so far as we are true city people and enjoy having many of these conveniences near us in walking distance and also frequent Hoboken, JC, and Manhattan on a regular basis.I would love to here your opinions on this neighborhood over a 5-7 year horizon (likely time frame where we would sell and move) from an investment perspective.

We do our best to act as a watch dog for our members, but there's only so much we can do.When we see problems on the horizon, initially we try to help the provider get their systems back in order.
