Have been renting for a year through Evolve management and thus far it is booked about 80%.

This is also a rapidly evolving market as each neighborhood ebbs and flows in demand.

This thread has evolved into discussions I believe would be more appropriate for this area of the Forum.

We have had so MANY lemonades turns into lemon aid that our entire business plan has evolved in the last 3 years.This is an amazing place because the only thing everyone agree with is real estate.

I would like to eventually have sufficient passive income to allow the choice to retire from a W2 job someday.With my very limited knowledge, I am beginning to think that investing in Colorado will be quite difficult, if not, impossible.This leaves us contemplating investing out of state; possibly in Oklahoma or Texas (or somewhere else).This presents its own special set of opportunities and challenges.I have a lot to learn and over time I suspect my goals will evolve.
