I know he's picky about what properties he'll take on though (prefers eastern Cincy, closer to his office).

However, MLS Property Information Network (the dominant MLS in central and eastern Mass) gives NAR members a significant discount on MLS dues - to the point that it offsets a good chunk of NAR dues.In Maine, FlexMLS (the only MLS in Maine) requires NAR membership to have MLS access.  

The mountains in North Georgia and Eastern Tennessee are a great place to visit.

Not sure of your area, but I am in Eastern Pennsylvania and I asked ask 225 a week for two-bedroom and 325 a week for 3+ bedroom.
