I don't invest as heavily in what we call the "Lower Rio Grande Valley" (Brownsville/Harlingen/South Padre Island) as I do in the "Upper Rio Grande Valley" (McAllen/Edinburg/Mission/surrounding cities). 

Targeting the right audience is what is giving me a60%+ conversion rate, and huge profit margins/deal.The point I am trying to make in layman's terms is simply this.You are debating that if your mission is to catch fish, it is better to swim after them with a bat and beat them to death, than it is to swim after them and beat them with a pool noodle, or an inflatable rod that (is much harder to swing under water).That is my point.

So in that the very mission statement of the Fed is, by design, archaic. 

It's fun to dream of multiple properties around the world - and it gives me something to strive for - but I won't jeopardize my mission-focus for generational wealth for anything. :) 

That said, the agencies love MHCs for their "affordable" housing profile which is the primary mission of the agencies.  

It is also one of the cheapest properties that close to the beach in Mission Beach.  

Keeping your place crazy clean and organized can be a bit of a mission, especially finding reliable folks to help out.
