The problem with tax sale is it is very state specific and vary tremendously.Tax sale is definitely not “without risk”. 

You definitely want to do a full tenant screening because at any moment that tenant can lose their voucher.

There is definitely something wrong if they’ve clogged the toilet multiple times.

You will definitely have more wear and tear.Do these applicants pass your screening criteria?
