Make sure they know 3 identical units will be built at once - you would save over the cost of 1 unit multiplied by 3.Talk to a local realtor or two and the local chamber of commerce.

These are priced identical to 'normal' high balance loans, no rate/fee hit aside form that.The "official" announcement of the 2023 loan limits will come around thanksgiving, and it will "officially" be in place/available on Jan 1, 2023.
