It is a small networking, collaboration, and education based group which helps investors build and scale.

Add to that the project management, team collaboration, integration friendliness etc., and it’s hard to find a more complete solution on the market.Given its customizability, it can be a costly and daunting task to setup a Podio workspace and 3rd party integrations from scratch.

But it can really be used for much more than this and is a good collaboration platform (allows voting/@ mentions/assignments etc).

We utilize various forms of technology to collaborate seamlessly with our clients and rarely have issues.If you are set on using someone local, search the BP forums for investors local to you and reach out to ask for a referral.

That way you are getting the home owner to take it off the MLS or you are completing his deal with the realtor with the use of terms.. then turn around a wholesale the terms to another investor who is familiar with and knows how to profit from these types of deals.But if its a FSBO well.. call them and work your magic.I hope this helps in some wayeither way, please let me know how it goes, what solution you come up with and your progress.Again congrats on your potential home run and, as always, we are not in competition with one another but in collaboration with one another. as a team we accomplish moreCheers

I hope to use that experience to transfer over to the investor side and as @Michael Bishop mentions, looking to connect with people to share ideas, experiences, and stories and perhaps collaborate on a deal together!

If you would like to collaborate a bit I can point you in a good direction as far as increasing that number from 25 to around 75-100.

So I figured it’s time to share one of my own stories currently in progress…who knows maybe it will help someone, maybe someone will read it and help me see how I could have done something better, or maybe this will just be good therapy for me and no one else will read it :)First, very quick background about myself: I work full time as an engineer, most of my REI experiences are lived out in collaboration with my brother Brian and our ventures in Columbus together.
