Hiking trails with waterfalls, sandy beaches with fresh water to play in, miles of untouched shoreline in beautiful parks, oceans and razor clamming, skiing in winter, fishing, casinos, Seattle, a zillion wonderful micro-brewers, wineries  ... we would ski in the morning, drive down the mountain and take our dog to the beach on the river and play in the sun all afternoon.  

I was still fairly calm at this point though because I was still trying to figure out the hard $$ lender situation, so the weather was buying me some time.

I'm in an area of natural beauty, lakes, waterfalls, orchards, wineries, mountains & the Appalachian Trail.

REIT wants to buy them but they were getting 2.5 times regular REVPAR because people waiting for homes to be rebuilt had to have a place to stay so they want to extract extra NOI and then sell off to REIT once things calm down.Developers if local contractors are all backed up months sometimes they will bring in crews from other states that are not busy at all and put them up for lodging and food to work on their projects.If the city or county can't get behind a developer project that pencils along with the public then the site will sit there and do nothing.

Check your frustration and anger.... stay calm and carry on.

I guess I'm trying to be calm and firm but yet I still haven't heard anything from him and it's getting frustrating.  

There is a zero depth water park, where the water falls from pails or fountains to play in. 

I think you should calmly ask the tenant for the source of that information and then, when no credible source is available, point out that it is not true -- if indeed that is the case in your jurisdiction.

I get the seller calmed down because I dont think my mentor ever called.
