This will let you build some relationships and know who is who.

I could complete the main road in phases, build 2-3 at a time (could do more really as we have 15 right now actively being built but realistically not sure how fast it’ll sell.

I don’t know your living situation or if there are any nice 2-4 unit buildings in the area you’re moving to.

If there is anything business has taught me is that sometimes you have to put in sweat equity to build a lasting relationship. 

We are about to buy a Building that just so happens to be in an opportunity Zone and meets all the requirements to be eligible for a fund. 

I am not sure what contract or form i would need to be using to get a property under contract.
