I usually will do a couple 5 min sessions throughout the day where I search the hashtags and will like 50-100 posts.Just to give you an idea of the success, I helped my fiance revamp her personal blog and implemented this strategy for her about a month and a half ago.

The general session & informal networking prior to/after the meeting are always FREE.  

What if a session you're interested is full and you do not want to attend another session, is there a way to switch closer to the event just in case someone else cancels?

@Kellis LandrumI have not bought a property through @Jason Hartman yet, but I did pay for a session with one of his financial coaches, Fernando Aires.It gave me valuable insight and a plan for financial independence through RE.

Besides TREIA, which is a wonderful organization, several years ago we started Traingle Deal Maker Sessions (find us on Facebook or Meet Up) a setting where wholesalers and rehabbers/buy and hold investors connect.
