I have been awarded by the town, for redevelopement, 4 downtown buildings with multiple curb cuts and 2 large commercial building lots with rail access.I also work as a State approved Receiver and have 2 large multifamily building under control.

Courts probably won't award it, but we need a strategy here to help the cause.I suggested that she sign a lease / roommate agreement with me agreeing to pay half of the total cost of taking care of my home, and she would actually write me the check every month.We want the document to be binding should she need to show the court that she is contractually obligated to pay these living expenses, but at the same time I don't want the document to create reportable rental income to me.

Also, since tenants get free money, they tend to stay longer, and keep the place up to par or they will lose award from Section 8.Also, let's say your have the normal repair issues for either normal tenant or Section 8, then going with Section 8, you will get the money direct deposited to your bank account on the first, as opposed to chasing them down and having them give you all kinds of excuses.Terry
