Like others have said its always good to have a small easily transportable refrigerator on hand for emergencies like this.

Properties close to public transportation and the expressway would be a plus!

Of course, you can always rent the best suite at the Hilton, fly first class, and use a limo for transportation to go check on your annual rentals and deduct all of that!
