My suggestion is to take all this amazing advice and hire a professional photographer to really showcase the property.

If you have rental losses and you're a qualified real estate professional, those losses can offset the income from property management.

If your wife is a stay-at-home mom and is involve with managing the rentals you may want to explore Real Estate Professional Status as an alternative tax strategy or along side your STR tax strategy.
