I live in that app, but there are plenty others that will probably also work, that is just my favorite.The key is to prioritize and plan your activity.

Clearly someone is incapable of prioritizing tasks.By your own account the units are not the best looking.

Got to med school, into option trading, and then quickly realized nothing would make as much guaranteed capital for me as my career would.My two cents of advice is prioritize education, preferably in a useful field that can make you a high W2 earner if all else fails - engineering, medicine, etc.

They are prioritizing paying for other luxuries before paying you rent.

You will normally be able to check/approve the cleaning before they depart.Drawbacks: They can’t always provide coverage, especially if you have multiple listings that require turnovers on the same day or get last-minute bookings, or they are prioritizing their other clients.

You should prioritize your income ahead of your job.
