In case you wonder what it was, my job is to help you make well-informed investment decisions based on solid analysis and not hype. 

When these seminars come thru town and get you hyped up that you can make tens of thousand of dollars and they "help" you swipe your credit cards for 5, 10 or $30,000 to learn how to do it- RUN! 

I'm even more hyped to have found a platform like this to be a springboard and possibly one I could use to help others when the time comes.

What I mean is, are we getting in to situation where lot of investors buying and looking for renters and rents are not really attractive.Based on what I have heard, 1800 sq.ft Town home with two car garage can get your $1500/- to $1600/-Is this a hyped market due to Amazon and Apple news?

So don't read into the hype.

Do not invest here in Phoenix, way way way way better CF out of the rust belt in NON I  REPEAT NON-WAR ZONE areas.You will notice that the only positive (hyped up in other words) advice on this post are people in support of YOU investing in the valley are people with a vested interested in getting your $$$. 

. 😂   PEOPLE ARE-SENSATIONALIZING THE HYPE.

I am talking here about future value of the properties and how can they appreciate or not in time (I am aware of the risks of bad tenants, but that’s another story) and/or what to look at or not when choosing a neighborhood or studying a deal.Also, to seek opinions from people within the US and, even more, people living in Detroit, to see if the hype that the city has been having (at least here) as a good opportunity to invest and expect a huge rebirth of the city in terms of jobs and population growth is justified or just hype.I also want to seek opinions regarding the amount of investment the city has been having in terms of buying and reconstructing houses: does it match the actual need for single family homes or there are more houses available than the people looking to rent them?

If i came on here trying to hype Revid and you guys kept deleting threads as you said i could create new user names and keep posting.If people posted negative reviews on my company, as the owner it would be a motivating factor to work to help clean-up any problem or satisfy the customer.

., in other words a lot of hype.
