Help renters envision the space by appealing to their visual side.

I work for a visual-first communication software with a specialization in the trades that include agents, property managers, contractors etc.

I would paint the upper part of this house a color very close to the shade of brick such that, visually, it appears more seamless. 3.

It would destroy the visual privacy, and create noise and parking issues.

Bottom line, STR's need to check enough boxes and visually impress and photograph well, to have higher occupancy rate.

Additionally, don't overlook the importance of the property's curb appeal – a visually appealing property is more likely to fetch higher rental rates, making it a wise investment in the long run.

Also does anyone have an example with some #s they can post to help me get a better visual....most lenders tend to do 60-70% LTC, so if i find a property for $25k does that mean the lender would probably limit the non-recourse loan to $14k?
