Are these former people who have battled drug addiction and relapse?

I love reading about real estate and have recently become addicted to podcasts. 

I originally got licensed solely for doing my own deals but those commissions really become addicting.

However, I recently made a change and am now working in a legal office for a Native American Tribal government.My real estate addiction started shortly after purchasing my first home in 2010.

Doing the next deal is a drug like addiction.

Real estate can really turn into an addiction, even when you've never bought a property yet!  

But specifically Dover, the new >60 Million dollar police station and the (not started) demolition and new build of Dover High School, which is speculated to cost in excess of 100 million will guarantee a major hike to the unbelievably high current property tax rate.

So, finally filling out an introduction after being addicted to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for the last 6 months!

I agree Bigger Pockets is addictive to me, I can't get enough education and feel like a sponge gaining knowledge.

Some of the second-growth forests I've camped and hiked in are unbelievably beautiful, let alone the old growth.
