Reportedly this is also the least favorite part of a commercial LO's job, too.

Is there any particular reason why you have moved away from LO deals?

I've been doing some research about the pitfalls of LO and have read that there are 2 things one could do to overcome them:1.

I’ve been working at a big bank as an LO for a year now and love it.

As a LO, the charity case client who wants to nickle and dime me over paperwork isn't going to close anyways, and so isn't worth working with.... sorry, but that's the reality. 

Not to steal your thread.. however I think you will get a kick out of this.one of the ones I bought his year in North Portland.... the rumor from neighbors was there was a car in the basement.. well there was no driveway or any way to get into the basement from the exterior so I did not believe it.. we finally get possession after 2 years ( had to litigate it)  and lo and behold my trash out guys says there is indeed a car sitting in the basement.. so apparently this hoarder extreme took it down there piece by piece and put it back together. 

This is true Matt, they have to move out to LIttleton, highlands ranch, or farther out sometimes to colorado springs just to get a home, however secretly they probably want to move into berkley, sunnyside, or Lo-HI areas.The GSE's have been putting pressure on how they want us to calculate debt to income ratios when it comes to student loans this past year.

DU/LP approved   CheckCustomer fico scores  CheckMe calling the listing agent to confirm this is a go and get the deal done    CheckProof of down payment   CheckThere's a lot of really slow, bad LO's out there that have messed up so many gov's loans it makes it harder for the guys that know what there doing to get deal.
