There is no one set price that's seen as an industry standard.

Hi all, with me being new to the property management/RE industry as a whole, I am looking to learn as much as possible.Does anyone have good book recommendations for learning more about property management?

I have google and researched, but this seems to be a industry term and not a legal/textbook term. 

Been doing a deep dive into the industry and would love to just discuss the different options out there and options specific to my area. 

Looks like at least 24 major corporate headquarters there and lots of different industries (universities, government, Hospitals etc) I want to do a deep dive into Columbus but want to see what you all think about other Cities in Ohio like Cincinnati.

Anyone can succeed in this industry.
