I said that the lease had to end June 15th at the earliest (much harder to find tenants when school is still in session) which was in the 6-8 month window they wanted, and said the rent would be higher and I asked them to make me an offer.

I am currently listening to and taking notes on the BP podcast, Cardone Zone, and Flipping Junkie.My situation is that I have the convenience of receiving $1700 a month for living expenses when school is in session thanks to the GI Bill, so paying a $600 mortgage is very achievable.

Hi, I have a question like in lease it's mentioned that if tenant sue landlord and judge dismiss the case in that case tenant has to pay for landlord's attorney fee.then later tenant sues the landlord over security deposit dispute but loses the case.in the courtroom judge says case is dismissed , so at what point tenant  pays for landlord's attorney fee.because during the court session attorney fee's was not discussed, will landlord now sue tenant in a new case for attorney's fee retrieval.
