I worked for Marcus and millichap in Manhattan at 19, during the interview they asked why I had not put education on my resume.

I know most good paying jobs won't even look at your resume without a degree.     

Just made a resume, and applied to a ton of jobs online.

We own 9 SFHs and 1 duplex.  1 is our home, but we'll have 10 units / doors rented soon.Our goals are tied more to increases in net worth, equity, and/or cash flow than number of unitsWe own 1 house outright and have currently about $900k in equity, with about 150-200k of that is freely accessible.We've discussed the possibility of me going back to a W-2 job at some point and waiting til the next downtown to resume buying. 

I  work for the post office so my salary is ok but could definitely use a bump and my credit score is "ehhh" ( other words not that great).Having the Va loan gives me access to no down payment, low to no closing costs and no PMI, which is a huge plus but my credit score and salary for a lack of better words "suck", so I wanted to know if anyone has used the benefits of the Va loan to partner with someone who "resume" might be better ?

To back track a bit, last night my husband and I created our real estate resume.

But for me evicting in winter is the nuclear option already: I like having the ability, but I almost never exercise it.
