Make sure they they have any sensitive or confidential information blacked out.

That's the time sensitive piece.  

Things that used to be called "drainage" or "swamp land" now can be deemed homes to fairy shriimp, or listed as environmentally sensitive, and "wetlands".

But I think eventually they will go up and that might be an issue for some.The smart investors I know run sensitivity analysis to see what their exit looks like with higher rates and higher caps.

@Jon Klaus, there's a huge difference between simple environmentally sensitive portions of a parcel, and hillside lots in the coastal areas, where we have earthquakes!

I'm not sure if he knows this but negotiating, sensitivity, persuasion, listening, etc. will all come into play.  

Most people are very sensitive about giving out any information when they are going through such stressful times.

It is odd how they target my house with so many serious, visible, time-sensitive issues going on with about a quarter of the houses on the block.

My computer has a very sensitive and makes many actions assuming I wanted that.
