One was $1300 for a singular wide mobile home and another was $3,750 with pics and looks like it needs to be remodeled.

I use a handyman who is great at simple things like flooring, paint, bathroom remodel, even plumbing etc if you would like his info would be happy to provide it. 

I recommend buying a condo that's 10-15 years old, so you know that the remodel won't be too terrible.
