Hey Scott - congratulations on the progress and momentum.

I work full time at the moment but I hope to build enough momentum in order to both live comfortably off of profits from flips as well as invest a good portion of those profits into my rentals.

We'd post these at laundromats in the areas we wanted to buy inBe willing to do what others are not.These methods generated our deals as we built momentum and built a war chest of marketing money to expand into billboards, website, etc.  

These other states don't understand the momentum created with low taxes and the impact it has on real estate values.

Further, the forumla allows me to reinvest my passive income (instead of needing it for living life) into more deals, thus building momentum faster. 

I would say it's important to invest in neighborhoods where there is already momentum.

Pete pier, established companies moving in that are hiring in large numbers (only 4% unemployment now), the momentum and energy in St.

I personally would make sure you have enough income set aside, and i would also begin marketing when you still have a job to create momentum ahead of you going full-time.

@Christopher AndersonI have a lot of exposure to the Southern California STR market, and my best piece of advice is to be very aware of the regulatory pressure and momentum happening in Southern California.We are under attack from the hotel lobby funding NIMBY neighborhood groups everywhere.
