Pros & Cons of Fixing and Flipping Different Property Types

Despite a bucket catching the water, the water ended up overflowing into the ceiling of a downstairs neighbor, so we had to do some minor repair to their ceiling.- The wood outside on a porch/balcony area was a bit rotted, but we couldn't replace it because it was the HOA responsibility.- We had a delayed purchase of a condo, because we were waiting for the HOA to fix the leaking roof in our unit.- We couldn't find a good place to put a trash bin, so the trash had to be hauled away in trucks.I'm sure there were a few other things I'm forgetting as well.
