My other recommendation, if you do choose to utilize this free manner of self-improvement is to do it consistently (listen to one session every day for 30 days).And, do not listen to JUST hypnosis on discipline.

@Tammy Theiss  BP and the BP brethren are anti guru no matter who they are or what they do.so take all responses here with a grain of salt.. that all said weekend guru sessions are not going to create instant RE investors..

If you don't read well, they even have weekly sessions at Lowes and Home Depot to teach these skills.

I attend the "Free" session just to network.

There was of course a ton of other real estate gurus there with break out sessions who were selling their own seminars and such.

If you can I would attend a court hearing session to get familiar with housing court for yourself, just go watch for a hour or 2.Good that he's trying to set up payment plan with the utility companies,, but that's not you.. how did you learn this..were utilities shut off,, this is also breach of lease, and cause for eviction.
