Have your prospect email you a full report which will be in Spanish but will be understandable even if you don´t speak de language (you will find red "x" or green "checks").People in Mexico are used to paying a full month of security deposit + providing a co-signer because it is a standard procedure.I would also run a standard screening, but keep in mind that if they are new in the Country, this may have little to no information.Good luck and feel free to reach out with anything Mexico-related.
