Our move in day I had my cleaning lady there for 6 hours and the smell was still there.

We have a Sears scratch and dent store that has good prices.Fridges you can probably get good clean inexpensive ones on Craig's list or Facebook market place.

The courts have better things to do than clean up after an unwise mouthHe has time to get utilities put in his name.

Cleaning between occupants will add up (depending on how long they're staying).

They help with daily needs...cooking, cleaning, dressing, bathing, etc., and do not, per se, offer medical services except for when the appropriate licensed folks come to the home.

You may also do a deep clean and repaint the walls and ceilings.

Did not try to research precedents.I just wish that there was a clean legal way to self-borrow without losing the interest deduction on future refi.I understand the legislative intent in disallowing interest deduction for equity refi.
