Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

.: The level of professionalism is astounding (and childish). 

My name is Saed, and I’m excited to join this vibrant network of real estate enthusiasts and professionals.

Focus on finding properties with immediate positive cash flow, conduct thorough due diligence and assemble a reliable team of professionals.

One issue with the splits is that even though the install is easy you still need a professional to vacuum the lines.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

May need multiple coats and you will go through more paint.I would hire a professional and learn from them on the 1st one.

Neither involve any pitches or selling... just real estate minded individuals (investors of all levels - from want-to-be to seasoned professionals - realtors, service providers etc) that get together and discuss real estate investing.  

Clubs and Associations: Are there any clubs, associations, or networking groups that you found particularly valuable for connecting with potential borrowers and other industry professionals?

I would recommend speaking to a professional if you wanted to utilize either of these strategies.
