Welcome Melinda, I just recently joined this website also and am fairly New to wholesaling and real estate period!

You should join the two REIAs in Indianapolis, INREIA (free and you can find both of these on meetup.com) and CIREIA (first meeting free $180 a year after that, but so worth it).You will be able to meet a lot of great wholesalers at those meetings.

You'll find plenty of informative discussions and posts on all.If you haven't done so already, I would encourage you to join the local REIA's and attend the meetings.

I thought I would start by joining a few investor groups first, and want to know what you guys think.

I would also suggest you join a local REIA Club, meeting or group as it is the best source of finding out what is going on in your local market and is a great place to make connections with other real estate investors and contractors.
