I love all the details that go into AirBNB (decor, set-up, marketing copy, customer service), so the only things I can really see needing help with are:1. 24/7 emergency response person2.

Sealing/painting the floor without making it look like you did it for decorating puposes likely would bring attention to the problem.

Extraordinary architecture isn't dependent on expensive materials, complex details, or fancy decoration.
