Banks don't like taking in unknown files via attachment.Any good mortgage banker/broker should be able to get you a list.Good Luck!

The property fell in my lap at a really attractive price and I thought I would be fool not to try and pursue it further by utilizing my network.

I would look for a market with solid cash flow but that is likely to appreciate and has a history of appreciation (do your research but maybe the Pacific Northwest has cities that meet this criteria).If you do decide to invest in San Diego I would suggest looking into a owner occupied (house hacking) detached duplex to quad financed via a VA loan.

The bank from which the note was purchased is issuing a QCD via their foreclosing attorney, from them to our company since the Sheriff's Deed was issued in their name.  

It should be taken down if you are no longer interested in receiving feedback via the survey.

You can find them via word of mouth.

Then sue pro-se via small claims if you think you can recoup something.

I've already recouped my initial investment via coin money.
