There is no construction when you buy a new mobile or manufactured/modular home its all prefab or transport to site.

Getting the data on all these items whether it be how much oil and gas is subsidized, the change in climate due to man made activity or technologies that currently exist to replace oil as means of transporting energy is easily found if you choose to do so and I would gladly send them to you.

When looking for rentals, I look in areas with middle class people, close proximity to public transportation, schools/colleges, new commercial development, and also what does the city have planned for the area over the next 5, 10, 20 yrs.
