I didn't do the last R in BRRRR because my wife and I are fairly new and I had to show her the true benefits of doing it.

The good news is that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac recently relaxed underwriting guidelines to allow for it.i recommend checking out Freddie Mac's Home Possible and Fannie Mae's HomeReady program.Outside of that, working with a mortgage broker can also help you shop around for lenders that allow for boarder income.Good luck!

If it was a licensed contractor, I would have expected the contractor to pay for damage they caused especially true if the contractor had verbalized that the tenant’s belongings were going to be safe where they were located.If a contractor believes the items are safe and likely has the best understanding of the work to perform, then why would the tenant believe otherwise?
