Also there is a management fee to pay for all of the above.

I'll be purchasing via a company who does the vetting up front and charges a flat fee upon purchase.

Hi, I am self employed, I buy used vehicles at dealer auctions and leave them at a local used car dealer lot on consignment, when it sells after commission and some fees i receive my check.

My *biggest* concern is the $795 'commitment fee'.
