They have good content and good speakers at their monthly events.

Generally the guest speaker has prepared well and the meetings have apple time before and after to network and give out cards and faces to a card.I know contractor that is real estate savvy!

On a recent BP podcast the speaker said he has 400k a year in net cash flow, on about 95 SFR.

The first meetup would included an IPX 1031 Exchange guest speaker.

Surely these exist since I can control our thermostat from my phone/smart speaker.

Looks like a great teacher/speaker and I registered for the course!   

I was at a recent meetup where this was discussed and the Sec 8 speaker had no idea this was of such concern and was such an underlying factor as to why landlords don't join the program.

We'll have guest speakers talking about the ADU process too. 

Has there ever been an embarrassing moment behind the scenes for the speaker on the show or anyone else?
