Very responsive with communication and our deal went very smooth.  

Overall, my experience has been smooth with only few minor hiccups along the way that can definitely be avoided in the future.

With the 64 units (spread between 2 local management companies), It took 5 or 6 months to get everything smoothed out and putting off reliable cash flow.

Plus,  if possible let organize a team to share agent, mortgage broke, insurance, property manager, handyman info,  this will help all of us to make the process more smooth and efficient.
