Adaptability and Tech Savviness: The property management industry is rapidly evolving with new technologies and tools.

BP has some great resources and in fact we have found it to offer far more in terms of tools and contacts than a course we paid WAY TOO MUCH for when we started out. 

Our goals have changed, maybe it hasn't helped our REI, but it's given clarity for what we enjoy and look for when searching for deals.

Just want to make sure I have every tool I could possibly need!! 

Contact the Tax Claim Bureau and ask if the Pa lien is on their title search, if not provide them with the evidence so they can pay it off.  

Tax benefits are nothing but a sales tool for them - a hook.

I haven't found much helpful information in my search so far.I've purchased and rebuilt three homes in the past, but I've never done a new build from the ground up.
