The eves had to be held up with a beam during restoration so that the weight of the roof did not cause the wall to collaspe.

It's ok to then use a data back up tool to the cloud, but you need at least one image to do the OS + app restore.

I'd like to see them all be restored.  

As this is an older house, it's nice to see it restored but don't get carried away  as your profit margin could take a significant hit.

Remind them of what was in the property & that either they will restore it to its original condition prior to move out, or you will and will deduct the cost of the repairs from the security deposit.

Thinking worse case, if they win this case...Im assuming they will come after all properties until full amount is satisfied..1-Can they force me to sell (bank gets their money first and they get the rest) or they would just put a lien on the properties?

If you wait until it is really cold, the technicians will be backlogged and you may wait days before we can restore heat.

I'm not really looking for any heavy restorations as time and focus at work will not allow.
