join FIBI thru meetup.com, the person that runs it is kevin oliver, they have speakers once per month the second tuesday and another investment club is cash flow thru meetup they meet wednesdays today. run by sam, i forgot his last name, you meet people and network and learn and they are very helpful, everyone is welcome very relaxed atmosphere

Martin, In my opinion it all comes down to two things...1- Where you think the market is headed.2 - What your investment goals are.If you think the market is hot but has more room to go up, then it might not be time to relax when it comes to purchasing.
