The skills of the photographers are very impressive and 95% of houses marketed online are misleading in my humble opinion!

The positives are that you get two different skill sets that allow you to see opportunities and think more strategically.

Higher vandalism, unsophisticated tenants who don’t have financial management skills, lots of baby sitting just to get rent paid, more evictions, more money spent on turns, less appreciation.

The amount of Health professionals that live and work near the "Medical Mile", number of colleges with hungry student renters, and Amazon just greenlighted their distribution center here a few months ago. 

It also depends on your tolerance to risk and your interpersonal skills.

This documentation is usually a letter from a medical doctor or treating therapist who can establish the disability and need for the assistance animal.

That happened totally unexpected with having those medical problems but I am still hoping that that will pay off someday.   

Sounds like you're way ahead of the game with your job skills - I wish I had half of those abilities to take care of our rental properties!
