I don't wholesale but from what I've read on BP some people get $3500 a deal and do one a month and others get $20k on a regular basis and do 3 or 4 a month.

I might be kind of naively biased on this because I volunteer in prisons regularly, mostly with men, and I've worked with a ton of criminals, including those of sex crimes.

I am interested in wholesaling vacant land, however I struggle w/ the math portion as far as understanding how to determine your offering price...I'm sure its similar to regular wholesaling property, but how much difference in price would it be, what is the best math formula to use?

They are fully documented and fully legal.I don't know if a credit/criminal would show anything but you should definitely require proof of their ITIN to verify identity and their legal status.
